  • Resend – email delivery for form submissions;
  • Google – Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console;
  • email and productivity providers used to receive and manage enquiries.

These providers may process data in the EU/EEA or other jurisdictions. Where required, data processing agreements and transfer safeguards are used.

6. Data retention

We keep form submissions and related correspondence only as long as needed for the purpose for which they were submitted, including follow-up, business evaluation, contractual preparation, and reasonable record keeping.

As a general guideline, enquiry data may be kept for up to 24 months after the last meaningful interaction, unless a longer period is required for legal, accounting, dispute, or legitimate business reasons. Analytics retention depends on the settings used in Google Analytics.

7. Your rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have the right to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, and withdrawal of consent where processing is based on consent.
